2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is rejected (e.g., signs of wear, damage, missing tags), the item will be sent back to you.
3. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@gallerydepts.us. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number — we will make it right at no extra cost to you.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the expected time:

6. Return Shipping
