1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • All tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Certain items such as final sale items, custom pieces, or gift cards are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your return is rejected (e.g., signs of wear, damage, missing tags), the item will be sent back to you.

3. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@gallerydepts.us. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number — we will make it right at no extra cost to you.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the expected time:

  • Check your bank account or payment method again.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times may vary.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or untraceable returns.
